Course Tutor & Assessor (Provider) Recruitment – Applications Open

Paddle Cymru is inviting applications for Course Tutor or Assessor (Provider) roles delivering British Canoeing Awarding Body (BCAB) awards.

Recruitment is open across a range of pathways, including Coach Award, Leadership, Paddlesport Instructor, SUP Instructor, Safety & Rescue, Navigation modules, and Performance Coach roles.

🗓️ Applications open 1 April 2026 and close 22 April 2026 for most roles.

Providers are appointed through Paddle Cymru and may deliver courses beyond Wales, in line with BCAB standards, Delivery Centre agreements and deployment arrangements.


Each role has a defined person specification / provider requirements. Applicants are strongly encouraged to review these before applying. In some cases, Accredited Prior Learning (APL) may apply.
