Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors, the successful candidate will provide leadership, champion good governance, and help ensure Paddle Cymru remains well placed to achieve its ambitions. We are particularly keen to hear from individuals who can bring fresh perspectives from outside the sport. Previous paddlesport experience is not required.

• Provide strategic leadership and effective governance.
• Chair and develop a high-performing Board.
• Build positive relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
• Support and challenge the organisation to achieve its objectives.
• Act as an ambassador for Paddle Cymru and paddlesport in Wales.
